Quality Control Lab Analyst

About the role

The Quality Control Lab Analyst will perform routine and stability chemical analyses of pharmaceutical products in a GMP environment. Working under the QC Finished Products Section Head, the analyst ensures compliance with approved methods and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute testing procedures and issue Certificates of Analysis for finished products, ensuring results meet approved limits.
• Review stability and trend data, reporting out‑of‑specification results promptly to the Chemical Lab Head and QC Manager.
• Supervise sampling of finished products in full compliance with GLP and SOPs.
• Maintain, calibrate, and qualify QC equipment according to local SOPs.
• Perform stability testing, validation tasks, and update analytical methods as required.
• Coach new team members to ensure they follow Sanofi guidelines and safety measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory, preferably in a multinational setting.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Project management mindset.
• Familiarity with new instrumental analysis techniques.
• HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) appropriate knowledge.
