About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in New Cairo. The role involves preparing accurate quantity take‑offs, bills of quantities and supporting cost control for joinery and fit‑out projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take‑offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Review contract drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams.
- Support cost control and contract administration.
Required profile
- 3–7 years of progressive experience in Quantity Surveying or related construction engineering.
- Experience in joinery and fit‑out projects (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
