About the role

We are seeking an experienced Remote Dispatcher to join our team and support the businesses we serve. The role focuses on B2C customer communication, with occasional B2B interactions, and requires a professional, organized phone presence.

Key responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Follow up with customers, assign and track jobs, and update records.
Communicate daily with technicians and business clients to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs and Excel reports.

Required profile

Fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
Minimum 2 years of dispatching or similar customer‑service experience.
Strong B2C communication and follow‑up skills; B2B experience is a plus.
Reliable internet connection, computer, and a quiet home workspace.

What we offer

Remote work from home.
10‑hour workday, 6 days a week (EST time zone).
Monthly salary of $500.
