Remote Medical Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Medical Telesales Representative to promote IMETS Medical School’s programs to prospective learners and healthcare professionals. The role is fully remote and involves outbound calling, handling inbound inquiries, and guiding candidates through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads and respond to inbound inquiries about IMETS programs.
• Explain curriculum details, admission requirements, and enrollment steps in a clear, respectful manner.
• Qualify prospects, record interactions, and update the CRM system accurately.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets while providing feedback on market trends.
• Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Proven telesales or call‑center experience, preferably in education or healthcare.
• Strong verbal communication and active‑listening abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education or sales training is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
• Interest in healthcare education or medical fields.

• Basic computer literacy including email, web‑conferencing platforms and spreadsheet applications.
