Restaurant Waiter – Egypt

About the role

The overall scope of the job includes serving food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the standards of the hotel and in line with Kempinski’s DNA values in order to encourage sales and maximize guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to all hotel rules and regulations, including fire safety policies.
• Follow hygiene regulations, including HACCP standards.
• The service team is well managed, with appropriate tasks delegated to team members.
• Maintain a high quality of product and service in the outlet.
• Develop the outlet entrepreneurially, constantly seeking opportunities to generate more business.
• Support the outlet’s entrepreneurial development by identifying opportunities to generate additional business.
• Encourage sales and maximize guest satisfaction through attentive service.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Preferably in an international, luxury five‑star hotel.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Open to Egyptian nationals only.
