Retail Commercial Manager

About the role

The Retail Commercial Manager will lead the development and execution of retail sales strategies across multiple stores in Cairo. Reporting to senior management, you will translate commercial objectives into actionable plans, drive revenue growth, and ensure a high‑end customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement retail sales strategies to meet revenue and margin targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance across all branches.
• Align retail strategy with marketing campaigns and inventory availability.
• Set sales targets and KPIs for stores and individual roles.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, customer experience and compliance.
• Identify under‑performing stores and lead corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Finance and Supply Chain on pricing, promotions and stock turnover.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of retail sales staff.
• Analyze sales trends, footfall, conversion rates and average ticket size, and report to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in retail sales or commercial management, preferably in luxury or high‑value product segments.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in multi‑branch environments.
• Strong analytical and financial understanding of retail KPIs.
• Excellent people‑management and coaching abilities.
