About the role
At OSOSS, we're building powerful SaaS solutions that help businesses manage their operations end‑to‑end — from POS and e‑commerce to inventory, accounting, and order management. We're looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to provide customer support services to our clientele, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist in improving the overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of technical support experience.
- At least 2 years of SaaS/ERP/POS/E‑commerce solutions experience.
- Based in Cairo (Heliopolis, Nasr City, Sheraton, Nozha, or nearby areas).
- Available to work varied shifts.
- Must meet all listed requirements.
- Interest in ERP, POS, or e‑commerce SaaS products.
- Ability to work on‑site at Sheraton Al Matar, El Nozha.
Required skills
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience with POS solutions.
- Experience with E‑commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with SaaS ERP applications.
