About the role
We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Maadi. You will handle client inquiries, nurture leads, and support the sales process while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email.
- Follow up with potential clients, convert leads into sales opportunities, and schedule meetings or site visits.
- Prepare and send quotations, track proposals, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Build strong client relationships and provide after‑sales support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, customer support, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
