Sales Delivery Agent

About the role

Bupa is looking for a Sales Delivery Agent to join its Cairo team. In this full‑time, fixed‑term position you will support the sales process through accurate administration, data entry and quotation preparation, helping the company deliver reliable health insurance services to millions of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collect information and produce quotations or documents in response to routine enquiries.
• Enter product and pricing data into the relevant systems to generate accurate quotes.
• Prioritise and manage multiple workstreams to meet Service Level Agreements.
• Achieve productivity and quality targets using established administrative processes.
• Re‑sector schemes across all appropriate systems as directed by sales management.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Multilingual ability is essential.
• University degree.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and meet daily objectives.
• Capable of making informed decisions after due‑diligence checks to ensure optimal customer outcomes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
