Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join a fast‑growing outpatient mental health provider as a Sales Development Representative. You will drive outbound outreach to independent primary‑care and specialty practices across multiple states, helping to expand virtual and in‑person therapy services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume cold‑calling and email campaigns (80‑100 dials/day) targeting practice managers, office managers, and physician owners.
• Book qualified meetings for the field‑based provider relationship team.
• Capture and enrich provider contact information to strengthen outbound lists.
• Maintain accurate pipeline stages and activity logs in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy.
• Participate in coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance feedback.
• Progress to independently delivering virtual practice presentations and activating new practices.

Required profile

• 1+ year of SDR, inside‑sales, or business‑development experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to prospect owner‑ and manager‑level decision‑makers.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outbound activity and working EST hours independently.
• Genuine interest in mental‑health care and a coachable mindset.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline tracking and activity logging.
