Sales Operations Specialist

About the role

The Sales Operations Specialist will support the Light Mobility Sales division by managing end‑to‑end purchasing processes in SAP and delivering accurate sales reporting. This role ensures procurement compliance and provides data‑driven insights to enable commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP, allocating correct cost centres and budgets.
• Convert approved PRs into Purchase Orders (POs) following company policies and approval matrices.
• Monitor PR and PO workflows, escalating delays and tracking PO status from creation to goods receipt and invoice processing.
• Reconcile POs with supplier invoices and delivery confirmations, resolving discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Maintain audit‑ready purchasing records within SAP.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, vendors and internal teams to resolve PO or delivery issues.
• Prepare regular sales reports, analyse trends and pipeline data, and update sales trackers and dashboards for the Sales Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, procurement coordination or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or FMCG sector.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and cross‑departmental coordination skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP (PR/PO workflows).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
