Sales Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Support Engineer to join our team in Cairo. The role focuses on supporting the sales department, ensuring high‑quality proposals and smooth customer interactions while adhering to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to company ethics, values, and policies.
• Support sales activities to ensure timely and high‑quality task completion.
• Learn and comply with Sales Support procedures and ISO standards.
• Assist in reviewing offers and proposals prepared by the Sales Support team.
• Maintain an efficient and organized work environment.
• Support standardization of customer data, filing systems, and sales support tools.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of proposals.
• Assist in handling customer complaints related to sales support activities.
• Participate in training programs and continuous learning activities.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
