SAP SAC Analytics Associate Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SAC Analytics Associate Manager to lead the design, development, and configuration of SAP Analytics Cloud applications. The role combines technical expertise with team leadership to deliver innovative solutions that meet business and retail requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure SAP Analytics Cloud applications aligned with business processes.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert and guide cross‑functional teams through requirement gathering, workshops, and solution design.
• Develop and implement innovative application solutions that improve user experience and performance.
• Conduct thorough testing, validation, and debugging to ensure reliability.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Stay current with industry trends and recommend continuous improvements.
• Provide training and support to end‑users for smooth adoption of new applications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP Analytics Cloud development and SAP BTP Datasphere.
• Strong background in retail processes (O2C, P2P, R2R) and client‑facing engagements.
• Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and manage scope and resources.
• Excellent communication skills for workshops and cross‑team collaboration.
