SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP Manager

About the role

PwC ETIC is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP Manager to lead multi‑country HR transformation projects. You will head end‑to‑end implementations, mentor junior consultants, and act as a strategic partner for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations across multiple geographies.
• Design, configure, and optimize EC modules such as Job Information, Position Management, Time Off, and Global Assignments.
• Manage EC↔ECP integrations, including P2P replication, BIB mappings, and Payroll Control Center (PCC) configuration.
• Oversee payroll posting to FI/CO/S/4HANA and ensure compliance with local audit and localization requirements (e.g., GCC, UAE, KSA).
• Conduct blueprint workshops, fit‑gap analysis, solution design, release testing, transport management, and cut‑over planning.
• Coordinate SAP CPI/iFlows for integrations with banking, time, benefits, and finance systems.
• Support presales activities, scope definition, effort estimation, and proposal development.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, ensuring high‑quality delivery and professional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SuccessFactors EC and ECP.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, with at least 3 years focused on EC/ECP.
• Proven track record of leading at least two end‑to‑end EC/ECP implementations.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
