Senior AI Developer

About the role

The Senior AI Developer will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI‑driven solutions that support organizational growth and business transformation. This role also mentors junior developers and data scientists while staying at the forefront of AI research and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and production deployment of AI solutions across the enterprise.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, data scientists, and team members on AI methodologies and best practices.
• Conduct advanced research in NLP and generative AI, introducing innovative techniques.
• Architect and implement machine‑learning algorithms, deep‑learning models, and advanced AI frameworks.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large, complex datasets ensuring data quality for AI/ML projects.
• Optimize and fine‑tune models for scalability, accuracy, and real‑world performance.
• Integrate AI/ML models into existing enterprise systems while ensuring security and robustness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, including designing, training, and deploying models.
• Proven track record leading AI/ML projects from research to production.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor junior team members.

• Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI.
• Prompt engineering and large language models (LLMs).
• Ollama, Transformers, and other modern AI libraries.
• Deep learning frameworks: TensorFlow and PyTorch.
