Senior AI Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Testing Engineer to thoroughly inspect our product updates prior to their launch. In this pivotal role you will oversee the quality assurance process, working closely with development teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain test automation across backend APIs, frontend web UI (Playwright) and mobile apps (Appium/Maestro), ensuring robust coverage and fast feedback.
• Implement performance and load testing, and manage shared fixtures, environment and test‑data orchestration within CI pipelines.
• Develop AI‑driven test generation, failure triage, self‑healing locators, and evaluation infrastructure for LLM‑based features.
• Build agentic AI orchestration that can read diffs, run relevant suites, reproduce failures, propose fixes and open PRs, while integrating with existing CI, Jira and observability tools.

Required profile

• Engineer who ships production software and has recent hands‑on experience with LLM‑backed systems.
• Strong Python skills and proficiency in at least one of .NET, Java or TypeScript.
• Proven track record of owning end‑to‑end automation suites that gate releases for backend and UI (web or mobile).
• Experience building evaluation systems with measurable improvement metrics.
• Solid testing fundamentals, comfortable with test design, automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
