Senior Application Supervisor – AI/LLM & .NET

About the role

The Application Senior Supervisor (AI / LLM & .NET) is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Qesm El Maadi. You will lead the design, development and maintenance of AI‑driven and .NET‑based applications, ensuring they are reliable, performant and secure for business‑critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise application development teams, review code and solution designs, and coordinate release cycles.
• Drive integration of AI/LLM capabilities into existing platforms and workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical support and customer‑facing teams to gather requirements, resolve issues and improve user experience.
• Lead training, knowledge‑sharing initiatives and mentor team members while contributing to technical roadmaps, standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• C# and .NET development (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs).
• Database expertise with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
• Front‑end knowledge of React or Angular.
• Containerisation and CI/CD using Docker.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Hands‑on experience integrating AI/LLM solutions and modern software architecture.
