Senior Associate – SAP Software Testing

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to lead SAP software testing initiatives. You will design and execute test strategies, manage testing cycles, and ensure high‑quality delivery for medium to large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for SAP solutions.
• Lead SIT and UAT cycles, coordinating with project stakeholders to define objectives.
• Manage a team of testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance monitoring.
• Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to increase efficiency.
• Conduct risk analysis, prioritize testing activities, and track defects to resolution.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay current with industry best practices and drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, preferably with SAP.
• Proven experience managing testing processes and teams on medium‑to‑large projects.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
