Senior Associate – Software Testing (TOSCA)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to lead software testing activities using TOSCA within PwC’s Advisory practice in Cairo. The role ensures product quality across multiple projects, identifies risks, and drives testing communication.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive product quality overview for assigned projects.
• Create test strategies, test plans and detailed test cases.
• Execute test cases, report status, and track defects to resolution.
• Identify and mitigate product quality risks, escalating as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients and stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project requirements.
• Summarise and report quality results periodically at the project level.
• Support continuous improvement of quality control processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to act as the single point of contact for testing activities.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
