Senior Audiovisual Communications Associate

About the role

The Senior Audiovisual Communications Associate will support brand compliance and the production of audiovisual and graphic content that advances IOM’s communications objectives. Working under the Senior Regional Media and Communications Officer, the incumbent will help design and implement multimedia activities that boost visibility and engagement across both digital and traditional platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality photography, videography and edit video material for institutional communications.
• Create infographics and other graphic design outputs that convey complex information clearly.
• Ensure all audiovisual and graphic content aligns with IOM’s brand guidelines.
• Manage and optimise social‑media content for maximum reach and impact.
• Collaborate with regional and global communication teams to support multimedia campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Multimedia Design, Graphic Arts or a related field with at least four years of relevant experience, or a high‑school diploma with six years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience in photography, videography and video editing for corporate or institutional audiences.
• Proven ability to produce infographics and graphic design deliverables.
• Familiarity with major social‑media platforms and best practices for content optimisation.
