Senior BPM Developer – Camunda

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior BPM Developer with deep expertise in Camunda to join our engineering team. The role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing business process automation within a digital banking platform, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement BPMN‑based workflows using Camunda BPM.
• Develop and maintain process automation solutions.
• Integrate Camunda workflows with backend systems, core banking platforms, microservices, and external APIs.
• Build custom logic and services with Java and Spring Boot.
• Optimize workflows for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineers to translate requirements into automated processes.
• Participate in design discussions and architecture decisions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support workflow execution and system performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and integrations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Camunda BPM.
• Proven experience integrating BPM solutions with enterprise systems.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
