About the role

Cairo929 is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to help its clients expand into new markets. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on identifying qualified prospects, engaging decision‑makers, and generating high‑quality sales opportunities through strategic outbound outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Research and qualify leads, book meetings, and hand‑off opportunities to client sales teams.
• Collaborate with clients to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
• Represent client brands professionally and maintain a predictable sales pipeline.
• Track performance metrics and adjust tactics to meet KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B outbound sales, business development, or lead‑generation experience.
• Proven record of booking qualified meetings and creating sales opportunities.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English; additional European language is a plus.
• Experience with cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Strong prospecting, research, organization, and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working with KPI targets.
• Experience selling to international markets and navigating diverse business cultures is advantageous.
