About the role
Orbit Developments is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting client relationships within the real‑estate sector.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Provide accurate information about properties, sales processes, and after‑sales support.
- Manage multiple client cases simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
- Resolve issues and complaints, ensuring a customer‑first approach.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve service workflows.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure.
