Senior Fleet Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Fleet Maintenance Engineer to join our on‑site team in 6th of October, Giza. This full‑time position will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive fleet maintenance program, ensuring high equipment availability while meeting safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a fleet maintenance program to maximize equipment utilization.
• Create and manage the budget for all fleet maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance and repairs.
• Track and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee timely and efficient maintenance.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers for cost‑effective repairs.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
