Senior Frontend Developer

About the role

First Tech is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to design and deliver scalable web and mobile experiences. You will work with cutting‑edge AI‑assisted development tools to build high‑quality applications that meet the needs of financial services and other industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement maintainable front‑end architecture for React.js and React Native projects.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate development while ensuring code quality and security.
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions, create implementation plans, and manage releases to the Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, payment gateways, and native mobile capabilities.
• Optimize performance, responsiveness, and user experience across platforms.
• Develop automated tests, conduct code reviews, and maintain high reliability standards.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Mentor teammates and promote AI‑driven engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience building production applications with React.js, React Native, and TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience in an AI‑assisted development environment.
• Strong ability to review, debug, and optimize AI‑generated code for quality, security, and performance.
• Experience designing scalable front‑end architectures and reusable component libraries.
