Senior Java Developer

About the role

Al Ahly Momkn is looking for a Senior Java Developer to join its Fin‑Tech team in Egypt. You will play a key part in designing, building and maintaining secure, high‑performance Java applications that drive financial inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyze user requirements.
• Prioritize, assign, and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle.
• Develop Java EE and Spring Boot applications.
• Write well‑designed, efficient code.
• Review, test and debug code written by team members.
• Design database architecture.
• Ensure applications are secure and up to date.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Java Developer or a similar role.
• Proven experience designing, building and testing Java EE applications.
• Hands‑on experience with micro‑service architecture.
• In‑depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks, especially Spring Boot, and cloud environments.
