Senior Manager – People & Organization (HRBP)

About the role

The Senior Manager – People & Organization partners with business leaders to shape the people strategy for a major retail unit in Cairo. You will drive organizational design, talent acquisition, development, total rewards and employee experience while ensuring compliance and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HC Centers of Excellence on performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, development programs and total rewards.
• Support HC project implementation by providing business‑specific insights and requirements.
• Work with Finance to plan workforce, budget staff costs and forecast hiring needs.
• Lead senior‑level recruitment, conduct interviews and recommend candidates in line with HC policies.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and contribute to the country D&I council.
• Ensure compensation recommendations align with job grades and salary structures.
• Manage onboarding, act as primary HR contact for employee queries and support a seamless employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Capital Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a Human Capital function.
• 5+ years of experience in the retail sector.
• Professional HR certification (CIPR, SHRM, AHARI) preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking abilities.
