Senior .NET Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our software engineering team. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining high‑performance applications using the Microsoft technology stack. You will work closely with product owners and other stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse and refine technical and business requirements.
• Lead architecture and design activities, ensuring documentation and technical governance.
• Develop scalable, high‑performance software using C#, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies.
• Design and optimise database schemas, migrations and performance‑tuning strategies.
• Modernise legacy systems through refactoring and platform upgrades.
• Deploy, monitor and maintain applications in production, participating in on‑call rotations.
• Drive Agile practices, continuous integration and continuous delivery using existing CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and enforce development policies, code quality standards and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional .NET development experience.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Experience working in Agile teams and participating in code reviews.
