Senior OutSystems Developer & Tech Lead

About the role

Adree is looking for a highly technical Senior OutSystems Developer and Tech Lead to design, build, and oversee enterprise‑grade digital solutions. You will act as the ultimate technical authority on OutSystems implementations, translating business needs into scalable, secure, high‑performance applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of OutSystems developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce development standards.
• Design scalable, secure OutSystems applications (Reactive Web and Mobile) following the 4‑Layer Architecture.
• Architect and implement complex integrations with external systems, databases, REST/SOAP APIs, and platforms such as Creatio CRM and .NET back‑ends.
• Oversee technical delivery, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and CI/CD pipeline management using Service Studio and LifeTime.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UI/UX designers to create technical specifications and effort estimates.
• Resolve technical blockers, performance bottlenecks, and production issues across environments.
• Implement strict security controls, including access management, data encryption, and OWASP Top 10 mitigations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years of hands‑on OutSystems development.
• Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a Tech Lead/Architect in an Agile environment.

Required skills

• OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, Service Center, LifeTime.
• Deep knowledge of OutSystems architecture patterns and database modeling.
• SQL Server / Oracle design, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• .NET (C#) for custom extensions.
• REST and SOAP API integration.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence.
• CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment best practices.
