Senior Payroll Specialist – Oracle Fusion

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage end‑to‑end payroll activities using Oracle Fusion HR System. The role involves maintaining employee records, supporting benefits administration, and contributing to HR analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all payroll activities and ensure accurate processing.
• Maintain and update employee records with new hires and status changes.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
• Support benefits administration and resolve employee inquiries promptly.
• Assist in performance appraisal documentation and tracking.
• Contribute to employee engagement programs and a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for strategic decision‑making.
• Work with Oracle Fusion HR System to streamline payroll processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws and payroll processes.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
