Senior Production Specialist – Industrial Zone

About the role

The Senior Production Specialist will lead day‑to‑day manufacturing activities at Beauty Lab’s industrial zone in El Fayoum. You will operate key equipment, monitor processes, and ensure each batch meets the strict quality and GMP standards required for our cold‑pressed oils, essential oils and botanical extracts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment such as presses, distillation units and mixers.
• Execute production runs according to approved SOPs and batch records.
• Maintain compliance with GMP and all quality requirements throughout the process.
• Record production data, deviations and corrective actions accurately.
• Keep production areas clean and hygienic.
• Report equipment malfunctions or process deviations promptly.
• Support scale‑up, validation and optimisation trials to improve efficiency and product quality.

Required profile

• BSc in Science, Chemistry or Pharmacy.
• 3‑5 years of experience in cosmetics, essential‑oil or botanical‑extract manufacturing.
• Residence in El‑Fayoum, October or nearby areas.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and ability to follow SOPs and batch records.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
