Senior Purchasing Specialist

About the role

TSO, a subsidiary of the French NGE Group, is seeking a Senior Purchasing Specialist to support high‑speed rail infrastructure projects in Egypt. You will work closely with internal clients and suppliers to ensure the timely and cost‑effective procurement of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify suppliers, conduct audits and maintain a potential supplier list.
• Prepare tender dossiers for strategic purchases, including rules, schedules and financial conditions.
• Negotiate prices and contractual terms with suppliers, presenting offer analyses to internal stakeholders.
• Draft purchase orders for routine purchases and contracts for strategic acquisitions.
• Monitor contract compliance, manage disputes, and negotiate amendments as needed.
• Provide guidance to internal clients on procurement risks and ensure adherence to purchasing processes.
• Maintain dashboards, track supplier performance and report insights to management.

Required profile

• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in procurement.
• Solid expertise in purchasing processes, from routine orders to strategic tenders.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently.
