About the role

Key responsibilities

• Participate in on‑call rotation, investigate, resolve and document production incidents.
• Perform deep application‑level debugging, understand business logic, and contribute code fixes or pull requests directly to service repositories.
• Design, build and ship LLM‑driven agents (using Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Kimi K2/K3) that integrate with our Kubernetes, cloud APIs and monitoring stack.
• Define and enforce guardrails, approval gates and permissioning for autonomous agents.
• Maintain and improve observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK and Datadog.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in site reliability engineering or related DevOps roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms and incident management tools.
• Strong programming skills in Python and ability to read and modify application code.
• Proven ability to design automation solutions and work with LLM technologies.
