About the role

tali® is looking for a Service Delivery Project Manager to join its fast‑paced team in Heliopolis. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on coordinating project activities, meeting milestones, and ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee project activities from initiation to delivery.
• Ensure timely achievement of milestones and manage project schedules.
• Maintain efficient communication with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Manage customer relationships to guarantee satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Analyze project data, identify trends, and propose actionable improvements.
• Support sales initiatives by aligning project deliverables with business objectives.
• Foster collaboration within cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in project management and organizational coordination.
• Analytical mindset with capacity to evaluate data and suggest solutions.
• Experience in sales processes and client acquisition support.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
