Service Engineer

About the role

Atlas Copco is seeking a Service Engineer for its Cairo facility. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service and support for air compressors, dryers, gas generators and related equipment. The engineer will ensure customer satisfaction while upholding the company’s reputation for reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all brands of air compressors, dryers, gas generators and ancillary equipment according to manufacturer recommendations.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment, documenting causes and corrective actions.
• Test and record operating parameters before and after maintenance or repairs using company‑provided hardware and software.
• Maintain daily work logs and complete documentation using company systems.
• Develop rapport with customers through effective communication and professionalism.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule and be available for overtime on short notice.
• Promote safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment at all times.
• Share knowledge with teammates, provide on‑the‑job training, and act as an ambassador for the Atlas Copco "Way".
