ServiceNow Engineer

About the role

The ServiceNow Engineer will configure, customize and optimise the ServiceNow platform to support business objectives across ITSM, HRSD, CSM and SPM. Working within the Digital & Technology Platform Services team, you will translate stakeholder requirements into functional solutions while adhering to best practices and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customise ServiceNow applications to align with business processes and ITSM standards.
• Design, build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using AI Agent Studio and related capabilities.
• Develop custom Now Assist skills for incidents, knowledge, catalog, change and agent‑assist use cases.
• Implement Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer flows and Workflows.
• Support Service Catalog, Request Fulfilment and CMDB maintenance.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Collaborate with analysts, product managers and senior engineers to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and assist with testing, validation and deployment of updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to work onsite in New Cairo and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
