Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant (Smoky Mountains)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, organized Virtual Assistant with hands‑on experience managing short‑term rental properties in the Smoky Mountains. The role is fully remote and supports our growing portfolio in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, Tennessee.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of short‑term rental properties, including reservations, calendars and pricing.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, handle check‑ins, check‑outs and special requests, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate cleaners, maintenance vendors and inspectors, process tickets and ensure completion.
• Maintain accurate, optimized listings across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other platforms.
• Prepare owner communications and operational reports.
• Monitor dynamic pricing tools and adjust rates to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing STR properties in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or Sevierville, TN.
• Strong knowledge of the Smoky Mountains vacation‑rental market and local regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, problem‑solving and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office; availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
