Senior Property Consultant – Real Estate Agent

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in New Cairo and focuses on guiding clients through every stage of property transactions. As a Senior Property Consultant you will prospect, list, show, negotiate and close deals while upholding Coldwell Banker’s professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with potential buyers and sellers, conduct property tours and advise on market conditions.
• Prepare contracts and related documentation in line with company standards and local regulations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local real‑estate trends and build long‑term client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams and represent the Coldwell Banker brand professionally.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering ethical, transparent, client‑focused service.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate license and solid understanding of Egyptian real‑estate regulations.
• Hands‑on experience in buying, selling, and leasing property transactions.
• Strong sales abilities, including prospecting, negotiation and closing deals.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in New Cairo, manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
