Solution Consultant – Customer‑Focused Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer‑focused Solution Consultant to act as a trusted advisor for our clients. In this role you will help customers leverage technology, digital transformation, and business innovation to improve operational efficiency and achieve strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer business objectives, challenges, and strategic priorities.
• Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and design scalable, secure, future‑ready solution architectures.
• Create solution proposals, business cases, and transformation plans while evaluating risks and dependencies.
• Support sales teams in RFPs, RFIs, presentations, and solution workshops.
• Advise customers on technology trends, identify digital transformation opportunities, and drive innovation programs.
• Collaborate with partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transition from design to implementation.
• Support Agile transformation, process improvement, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver workshops, knowledge‑transfer sessions, and training to facilitate user adoption and change management.
