Solutions Engineer (Remote, Egypt)

About the role

Talkpush is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join its AI‑first recruitment technology team. This fully remote position focuses on configuring the platform for Egyptian customers, solving technical problems, and building strong relationships with recruitment managers and team leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own a queue of customer tickets and configuration requests each week.
• Configure Autoflows, integrations, and bot interactions to meet specific client needs.
• Audit existing setups and optimise them for performance, response quality, and user adoption.
• Troubleshoot issues end‑to‑end, resolving them with minimal escalation.
• Conduct weekly technical check‑ins with recruitment managers and team leaders.
• Translate customer pain points into concrete platform changes and configuration tweaks.
• Set clear expectations on feasibility and timelines for requested changes.

Required profile

• Passionate about solving complex technical problems and improving candidate experiences.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and standing behind ideas, even when faced with pushback.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and translate technical concepts.
