Solutions Engineer (Remote) – Egypt

About the role

Talkpush is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support its rapidly growing Egypt market. Working fully remotely, you will ensure the recruitment platform runs smoothly for customers, turning technical challenges into reliable solutions and helping build a local community of users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a queue of customer tickets and configuration requests each week.
• Configure Autoflows, integrations and bot interactions to meet client specifications.
• Audit existing setups, optimise performance, response quality and adoption.
• Troubleshoot end‑to‑end issues and resolve them with minimal escalation.
• Conduct weekly technical check‑ins with recruitment managers and team leaders.
• Translate customer pain points into platform tweaks and clear expectation setting.
• Organise monthly in‑person meet‑ups to foster a local Talkpush community in Egypt.

• Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to dive deep into technical details.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
• Passion for improving candidate experiences and driving adoption of new technology.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
