Spanish Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

iQor is seeking a Spanish‑speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its New Cairo office. The role will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for various positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience aligned with the company’s people‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline using job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
• Handle candidate communication, schedule assessments and interviews, and support offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, prepare regular hiring reports and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with hiring managers and ability to provide consultative hiring advice.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in Spanish (B2/C1) with strong written and verbal skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with BPO or customer‑experience industries and high‑volume hiring environments.
