About the role

Coup Stores is seeking a full‑time Store Manager to lead one of its flagship locations in Egypt. The role is on‑site and focuses on delivering an exceptional in‑store experience that reflects the brand’s youthful, adventurous spirit.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and ensure high standards of customer service.
Lead, coach, and schedule the store team to meet sales targets.
Monitor sales performance, analyze store metrics, and drive promotional activities.
Maintain visual merchandising that aligns with Coup’s brand identity.
Control inventory, coordinate loss‑prevention efforts, and enforce company policies.
Resolve customer issues promptly and foster an inclusive, collaborative work culture.

Required profile

Proven experience in store management, including staffing, merchandising, and inventory oversight.
Strong customer‑facing skills with a focus on high satisfaction.
Excellent communication abilities to lead teams and engage customers.
Knowledge of retail loss‑prevention practices and compliance with company procedures.
