Structural BIM Lead

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Structural BIM Lead to drive the delivery of high‑quality BIM models across all project phases. You will be responsible for model governance, quality assurance, and coordination, ensuring seamless integration from concept through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of structural BIM processes in line with the BIM Execution Plan and company standards.
• Develop and maintain the discipline BIM model, ensuring health, quality, and compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models to achieve clash‑free, coordinated delivery.
• Generate 2D deliverables (plans, sections, elevations, details) directly from the BIM model.
• Conduct audits, model checks, and quality reviews using Revit tools and checking workflows.
• Support drawing extraction, sheet set‑up, annotations, title blocks, templates, and submission reviews.
• Collaborate with design teams on model set‑up, CDE workflows, and project‑specific BIM requirements.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Typically 15+ years of BIM/digital delivery experience.
• Strong Revit expertise and familiarity with BIM Execution Plans, LOD, and project set‑up.
• Understanding of interoperability between Revit and other discipline tools.
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Grasshopper, Rhino, API‑based workflows, or automation tools is preferred.
• Proven ability to ensure model quality and multidisciplinary coordination.
