Supply & Demand Planner – 2 to 4 Years Experience

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply & Demand Planner to join our production team in 10th of Ramadan City. You will translate customer orders and forecasts into actionable production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and analyse customer orders and forecasts, highlighting deviations.
• Define production strategy (MTO/MTS) for finished products.
• Develop material and production plans aligned with the chosen strategy.
• Create Master Production Schedules (MPS) for each line.
• Monitor production workflow, capacity constraints and on‑time delivery.
• Collaborate with the export team to guarantee best delivery outcomes.
• Lead warehouse improvement projects (5S, safety, Kaizen, optimisation).
• Represent supply‑chain functions in factory projects.
• Track finished‑goods stock, identify slow‑moving items and propose actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2‑4 years of experience in supply‑chain planning or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Required skills

• APICS (or CPIM) certification – a plus.
