About the role

ASTUDIO, the region’s leading luxury lifestyle agency, is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its recruitment efforts across the GCC. You will act as a brand ambassador, shaping the narrative that attracts top talent to our creative and high‑energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source, and secure high‑performing candidates for a variety of roles.
• Design and execute magnetic recruitment strategies that generate interest before positions are advertised.
• Manage the full 360° hiring process – from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating offers and onboarding.
• Promote ASTUDIO’s culture of creativity, excellence, and electric energy to prospective hires.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within the GCC market.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, visa procedures, and cultural nuances.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Demonstrated grit, polish, and a keen instinct for spotting talent.
