Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment initiatives and shape the future workforce. Based on-site in Cairo, you will drive the full hiring cycle, ensuring we attract and secure top talent for our growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand talent needs.
• Utilize multiple channels—social media, professional networks, job boards—to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
• Enhance employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets.
• Apply data and analytics to improve time‑to‑hire, quality‑of‑hire, and overall recruitment efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing recruitment teams.
• Proven expertise in recruitment and advanced talent acquisition strategies.
• Prior experience in the Restaurants/Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong interviewing skills, including behavioral and situational techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
