Technical Office Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Office Architect to join Al‑Salem Real Estate Development’s flagship project, Nileview Towers, in Banha, Egypt. The successful candidate will support the design team by producing accurate shop, coordination and as‑built drawings that meet project specifications and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and issue architectural shop drawings, coordination drawings and as‑built drawings.
• Ensure all drawings are consistent with design intent, project specifications and relevant codes.
• Collaborate closely with site engineers, consultants and contractors to resolve drawing issues and coordinate multidisciplinary inputs.
• Maintain drawing registers and document revisions in an organized manner.
• Support the preparation of construction documentation and assist in the resolution of on‑site queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in an architectural or technical office environment.
• Strong knowledge of shop‑drawing preparation and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of 3ds Max.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
