Technical Office Engineer – Civil Construction (Social Housing)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Office Manager and Central Technical Office Engineer to lead shop‑drawing preparation, scheduling, quantity surveying and pricing for social housing projects in 10th of Ramadan City.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review shop drawings, detailed execution drawings and time schedules.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs, pricing and prepare interim payment certificates for clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor material consumption, waste and cost control against BOQ and budgets.
• Track and resolve technical issues, provide support to clients via phone, email or chat, and ensure proper escalation.
• Generate accurate reports, maintain logs and document technical knowledge in manuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 7–13 years of experience in construction technical office activities, preferably in residential/social housing projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate with planning, procurement, execution and finance teams.
