Technical Office Engineer – CNC Programmer & CAD Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Office Engineer to own the digital production process for a fast‑paced commercial stone fabrication operation. The role is fully remote and supports U.S. projects, requiring strong CNC programming and CAD/CAM expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using AlphaCAM.
• Process 3D laser scans and generate production‑ready files.
• Develop CAD layouts and optimize nesting to maximize material utilization.
• Prepare fabrication files and machining instructions for production.
• Review technical drawings and CNC programs for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and production teams to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of CNC programming and CAD/CAM experience.
• Proficiency with AlphaCAM and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material optimization.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
